Welcome to Lindt's chocolate paradise, which promises to make the sweetest dreams come true. Lindt Home of Chocolate, the world's most comprehensive chocolate museum, aims to offer visitors an interactive experience with "seven chocolate worlds" by addressing all five senses. You can go on an interactive journey of discovery by participating in chocolate tours at the museum, and meet the Swiss chocolate profecionals who made our lives sweeter with their inventions.

Did you know that you can pay with cocoa beans in the past? If you are wondering how cocoa conquered Europe, what is the history of chocolate and how it produce, the chocolate tour is for you. You can also get to know how Switzerland became a "country of chocolate" while a small country in the heart of Europe, and meet the Swiss inventors who revolutionized the chocolate world with their invention in the 19th century. If this information has whet your appetite, you can optionally participate in the chocolate tasting event. For those who are not satisfied with all of these and want to learn more, Lindt offers a special Ghana trip opportunity for those who want to see the cocoa trees and their cultivation closely with a guide.

The world's largest chocolate waterfall is worth seeing.


If you decide to immerse yourself in the world of chocolate, a giant chocolate waterfall welcomes you at the entrance of the museum. It is 9 meters high and weighs exactly three tons, 1500 kg of which is fine chocolate. The real chocolate flowing from the fountain at one kilo a second fascinates the fans. To make this possible, a total of 94 meters long pipes were installed in the 9.3 meter high chocolate fountain.

You can make your own chocolate.


If you want to pamper yourself, you can watch the chocolate production from the experts. With modern technology and high performance machines in the museum, you can watch the cocoa beans turn into cocoa mass, then liquid chocolate and molds step by step.

The Lindt & Sprüngli factory has been located in Kilchberg, Zurich since 1899. A seven-year-old project, Lindt Home of Chocolate was designed to perfectly complement this historic building and serve all chocolate lovers. Lindt Home of Chocolate is a source of inspiration not only for the chocolate industry, but also for other sectors that want to do more for the future of the industry.
